Dear foreign customers

Dear Foreign Customers,

It is quite a mess for the past year for the world and Taiwan is just getting started now. Luckily, we can learn a lot from yours experiences and hope the restrictions work. Vaccines might not be the almighty cure but might be the solution to the situation.

We have heard that we still have a lot of customers want to buy our tea but traveling is not an option. Right here, we want to say that we still can ship our tea to some of your countries, including Japan, Korea, Vienam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, France, Netherland, Germany, Belgium, Swiss, Switzerland, Denmark, U.S.A. (not including Hawaii), Canada, Australia, and New Zeland. Sorry for the Russia customers. UPS and Fedex are super expensive so highly not recommended only if you are dying to get our teas.

For your further inforamtion, we opened a whole new concept tea bar in Sep. 2020, Wangtea Lab, which provides Pourover tea, Sparkling tea, Nitro tea, tea beer, SHO[T], Leavespresso, and tea sweet. All the teas are sugar free. We use elements from our famous charcoal roasting room, such as, baskets and bricks, as our interior design, and the core techniques from our refinery factory, roasting and blending experiences to build up our tea bar and business model. We elevate tea qualities, which is hugely away from bubble teas quality and offer a nice an comfort place to sit around. It is a whole new experience you have never seen before. 有記也有提供網路購物服務不方便出門的大家，目前因為疫情的關係，網路購物免運門檻也降低，

Because of COVID-19, there are still over 113 countries where does not accept parcels from Taiwan going through the post office system, which including, for example, Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Russia, and Switzerland.
