今天剛好看到一篇文章關於茶葉農藥殘留問題，我們會跟客人溝通與解釋，讓大家對茶葉農藥殘留有更多的認識
1. 所有有記名茶的茶葉在挑選到我們需要的品質後，一定通過SGS 473項農藥殘留檢測，都是符合台灣政府訂定的法規才會進行正式採購與後續精製加工處理。
2. 農藥主要是分水溶性與脂溶性兩大類，水溶性茶樹用的很少，大部分是脂溶性的農藥，經過高溫、長時間浸泡也不容易溶於水，所以如果只是喝茶湯，喝到農藥的機率非常的低。
3. 如果是因為怕農藥殘留而把第一泡茶倒掉，反而是非常可惜的，因為有許多好的物質是在第一泡裡，有記名茶的茶前兩泡也是香氣最好的時候，第三、四泡的時候韻味慢慢出來達到一個平衡的狀態，第五、六甚至到第七、八泡的時候可以喝到茶湯的清甜滋味，每一泡都有不同的感受。
